Your main responsibilities

Product assortment:

Ensure product assortment is in line with the portfolio strategy and follows the set must stock list in specific channels

Drive the implementation and tracking of aligned planogram with distributor

New Product launches:

Develop sales presenters & road shows for distributor sales teams whenever needed

Conduct periodically trade visit to assess new launches implementation in key markets

Assess launch success & prepare performance reports for major launches


Continuous monitoring of portfolio pricing to ensure alignment with set guidelines and competitive benchmarking

Support Marketing team & Finance in developing price structures for new product launches


Develop and coordinate the implementation of yearly promotional plan on brand & country level including:

Develop promo mechanics in line with shopper insights, brand guidelines and business partner team feedback

Coordinate the implementation of promotions with business partner team and deliver required point of sales materials for roll-out in market, in coordination with Marketing team

Pre & post promotions evaluation through: ROI, IMS figures & Nielsen retail audit

Management of promotional budget and ensure close tracking on a monthly basis to avoid any overspends


Closely track brand/ SKUs distribution per channels, with distributor in line with set targets; ensuring 90% on shelf availability of agreed must stock list

Conduct frequent market visits to monitor competitive activities and Storck execution standards and share market reports

Recommend optimal visibility plan for Storck in trade delivering improved ROI

E-Commerce: setting up and development of an E-commerce channel for Storck in the market, including planning and execution of activation/ promo plans

Distributor Management Support:

Close and frequent follow ups with Key sales individuals, i.e. channel managers, account manager and trade marketing teams to drive achievement of month sales plans

Support in the management of monthly performance review cycle with distributor to keep close control of business drivers, and recommend ongoing action plans to close sales gaps

Supporting in the annual planning process of Storck with distributors

Sales Analysis:

Leverage on existing data base and all forms of internal customer data, to perform regular analysis, generate actionable insights and recommendations

Present and align insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders

Prepare data and analysis requirements for Storck management meetings (3 key meetings annually)



Your qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of experience in Distributor Management or Trade Marketing (FMCG industry is essential)

Deep understanding of channel drivers in Saudi (knowledge of other GCC markets is a plus)

Deep understanding of Saudi Key modern trade customers

Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze multiple data sources and generate insightful recommendations

Proven track record of ROI management

Ability to prioritize and organize workloads independently when required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (outgoing personality)

English and Arabic speakers

Team player and the ability to collaborate with different departments remotely

Ability to learn quickly and willingness to develop with the role

Willingness and ability to travel in Saudi or within the GCC (UAE HO for regional meetings or as needed)
